IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY AND WE WILL INITIATE A REFUND.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

SUPPLEMENTS: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REIMBURSEMENT, DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

OTHER ITEMS: ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY HEALTH SUPPORT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IN ALL CASES REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ONLY TO THE BANK ACCOUNTS USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BANKING DAYS FOR THE REFUND CREDITED TO APPEAR ON BANK STATEMENT.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL PROCESS THE CANCELLATION AND INITIATE A REFUND WITHIN FOUR TO FIVE WORKING DAYS, IF THE ORDER IS NOT DISPATCHED.

IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND YET TO BE DELIVERED, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER AND INTIMATE OUR TEAM. PREPAID ORDER REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS PER THE RETURNS POLICY.
